refillbuscard is an independent, privately run service that helps people top up bus card balances for Abu Dhabi public transport from any browser.
refillbuscard started from one practical problem: people who rely on a hafilat card for daily travel in Abu Dhabi do not always want to queue at a machine when the balance runs low. Our service lets a card holder request a bus card recharge online in under a minute — enter the card number, choose an amount and send the request.
We are an independent service and are not the transport authority. We do not issue cards and we are not affiliated with any government body. What we provide is a simple, focused way to request a top-up online, plus support from an Abu Dhabi-based team when a question comes up.
We keep the process deliberately narrow. The form asks only for the card number, the amount and an email. No card details are entered on the site — a manager confirms the request and arranges payment with you directly, and we do not sell personal data.
The service operates from Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates, and is offered in English and Arabic so it works for the people who travel here every day.
